Stemming from his authoritative documentary and book Hollywood Chinese, Arthur Dong served as guest programmer for the series, “Hollywood Chinese: The First 100 Years”, presented at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. Throughout the month of November 2022, twenty-seven films in fifteen programs were presented live and included special guests Nancy Kwan, James Hong, Joan Chen, among many others.
